Waleed Atassi

Waleed uses his education and previous finance experience to create accurate valuations for clients. Waleed’s experience managing physician compensation models, coupled with his data analytics skills, allows him to construct financial models and datasets that help hospitals and health systems make critical decisions related to physician reimbursement, FMV compliance, and the overall fiscal health of the organization. Before joining ECG, Waleed worked as a project administrative assistant for Rush University Medical Group, where he worked alongside the manager of faculty compensation and productivity to help administer the group’s compensation model to more than 700 providers. To support this work, Waleed designed a quality incentive dashboard to track each physician’s progress toward and eligibility for the 10% quality bonus across all specialties.
